Your New Role:

As the Store Manager at the Bondi Junction location, you will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer focused retail environment. You will take full ownership of store performance, lead and inspire your team, and deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand’s values. About You:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team
• Strong sales and KPI management skills, including rostering and wage control
• A warm, engaging communication style with a strong customer-first mindset
• A genuine love for fashion, styling and creating meaningful in-store experiences
